These terms apply when you use the Fidgets Factory website, join our lists, or buy from us online. Fidgets Factory LLC ("Fidgets Factory," "we," "us") is located at 2020 New York Ave, Huntington Station, NY 11746. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Who can use our website
You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order or sign up for our lists.
Products and safety
- Our products are sensory toys meant for play, relaxation and focus. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition.
- Follow the age guidance on each product. Some items contain small parts and are not suitable for young children or anyone who may put objects in their mouth. Adult supervision is recommended.
- Product photos and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them, but colors, scents and designs may vary slightly.
Orders, prices and payment
- Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before you place an order.
- We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price or description was wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you paid, we will refund you in full.
- Payments are processed securely by our payment providers.
Shipping and local pickup
- We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are paid by the customer and are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.
- Orders ship Monday to Friday. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or fees charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility.
- Free in-store and curbside pickup is available for in-stock items at 2020 New York Ave, Huntington Station, daily between 12 PM and 7 PM.
Returns
Unused items in their original condition and packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery or pickup. We refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened putty, slime, scented items or personalized items, unless they arrived damaged or defective. Text messaging program
- By checking the text consent box on our forms, you agree to receive recurring marketing text messages from Fidgets Factory, such as launch news, offers and store updates. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming you are unsubscribed.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Discounts and promotions
Discount codes, such as the 15% Sensory Box sign-up offer, are valid for one use per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined with other offers unless stated, have no cash value, and may expire.
Intellectual property
The Fidgets Factory name, logo, website content and photos belong to Fidgets Factory LLC and may not be used without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Fidgets Factory is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. If you have a concern, please contact us first and we will do our best to resolve it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its date.
